# Glowing Rock

Glowing Rock is a consumable type of shadow material used to gain back permanent health. They can be randomly found by digging below 40 on the Y-axis.

The chance of this item dropping is <mark style="color:yellow;">**0.01%**</mark>

By interacting with the item by right-clicking while holding it in your main hand, the player can gain back hearts permanently up until the player reaches 10 hearts.
